The Jewish Federation Volunteer Center connects people with meaningful opportunities and experiences. We provide a centralized network of resources and a single entry point for Pittsburgh’s community members to get involved. We make it easy find opportunities, better our community and donate your time in a way that matters.

Why volunteer?

To help a child who struggles to read…

To plant a garden outside the window of a home-bound senior…

To make phone calls and raise money

To count your own blessings – by sharing them with others

To change a life – or the world.

There are lots of reasons and ways to volunteer.

That’s why the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh created its Volunteer Center, a network of meaningful opportunities that connect volunteers to the organizations and people that need them. The possibilities are endless because we’ll even customize a volunteer experience just for you.

Why volunteer? Why not?

We’ll make it work for you.
